About Me

Alyse Antone Smyth, Esq., Broker Owner was born in Newport, Rhode Island and raised in Newport’s Chapel Terrace Housing Complex.  Her life experiences growing up in Newport fostered her inspiration to pursue a career in the legal field.  While working and raising a family, Alyse obtained her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law and her Broker’s License thereafter.  Alyse has lived in Newport for over 30 years.  Throughout those years she gained a strong passion to be a community leader.  She has always believed in “paying it forward,” and she continuously finds ways to contribute to her hometown’s community.  After teaming up with Doug and Asa and witnessing Castle Keep Property Management flourish, Alyse saw the multitude of possibilities for her role in the real estate industry.  From that visualization, Castle Keep Realty was born.

Doug, Asa and Alyse have built a strong, dynamic team of property managers, construction and maintenance professionals and real estate agents that provide experience, enthusiasm, and eagerness to make each transaction at Castle Keep Property Management and Castle Keep Realty successful.   Alyse understands that an investment in property is often the largest financial investment a family or business will undertake.  She understands the legal intricacies behind these investments.  As Castle Keep Realty’s Broker Owner, Alyse will ensure that all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with state and national requirements.
